Conference calls are a money saving and time efficient way of conducting business on a day-to-day basis. Wherever there is a phone, you can arrange your conference call or actively participate in one. Flexible and cost effective, a conference bridge allows time spent on the road to be time well spent. Don't worry about being late for another meeting, arrange to participate by conference call.
| Conference on Demand | .25 cents per minute, per conference, per participant. A Conference on Demand customer is issued a reusable card and assigned a pass code with a phone numbers that gives them full control of their conference calls at a time and date of their choosing, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. |
| Conference Direct | .30 cents per minute, per conference, per participant. A Conference Direct customer contacts SouthEast Telephone to schedule the date, time and number of participants taking part in the conference call. They are issued both a one-time use moderator code and participant pass code to initiate a conference call. The codes are invalid after the call is completed and the customer must call SouthEast Telephone to schedule each subsequent conference call. This option is ideal for customers with higher-security needs who do not wish to be assigned a reusable pass code card. |
| Conference Companion | .40 cents per minute, per conference, per participant. A Conference Companion customer will be assisted by a live operator in conducting the conference call. Each participant is called by an operator and placed into the conference. The moderator may be placed into the conference call first or last, with or without a roll call. |
