Identify Calls

Caller ID (Basic/Deluxe)
To answer or not answer, this is the question. Caller ID service allows you to identify the name (basic) or name and number (deluxe) of incoming callers. This service helps reduce interruptions, allows you to screen for important calls and provides extra security. Since you know the number, or name and number before you pick up the phone, you can decide which calls to answer.
Call Selector
Admit it. You like talking to some people more than others. Well, now you don't have to feel guilty about it. Call Selector announces special callers with a special ring.
RingMaster®
Are you tired of running to grab that phone call only to discover it's for your daughter, again? Well, now she can have a phone number with its own distinctive ring on your one phone line. You'll know by the ring who should answer it.

Call Waiting
You're waiting on your sister to call, but need to order dinner. With Call Waiting, you'll be notified when another call is coming through — so order away!
Call Waiting - Deluxe
You're talking on the phone to your best friend when what happens? Your in-laws decide to call. Do you answer? This feature allows you to view the name and/or number of the calling party on a display unit while you are on a call.
Call Forwarding
You're always on the go, and now you can take your home phone with you. Call Forwarding allows you to forward all your incoming calls to any phone number you choose.
Preferred Call Forwarding
Your sister's baby is due any minute and you can't afford to miss the call. But you have to be at a friend's house in an hour. Relax, Preferred Call Forwarding routes your selected callers to an alternate phone number.

Repeat Dialing
Can't get through? We'll take care of it for you. Repeat Dialing ends the frustration of busy signals and unanswered calls by continuing to dial the last number you called for up to 30 minutes. Repeat Dialing will also redial the last number you called even if the call was answered.
Call Return
You're outside doing yard work when you hear the phone ring. Run! Too late, they hung up. Not so fast. Call Return lets you automatically call back your last incoming call, whether or not it was answered.
Three-Way Calling

Call Block
Tired of receiving annoying calls from people that just can't get take a hint? Call Block allows you to reject calls from selected numbers. When incoming calls originate from one of those numbers, the phone doesn't even ring. Callers hear a recording indicating that you're not accepting calls. Calls that originate from numbers not on your list ring normally.
Call Trace
Are you receiving abusive calls? Call Trace allows you to automatically request a trace of an obscene, threatening or harassing call. After receiving such a call, you simply dial a special code to have the calling party's telephone number sent to the Annoyance Call Center.
Non Published Listing
Want to control the people who have access to your phone number? Have your listing non-published to prevent it from being available in the telephone book or directory assistance.
