Check Spelling
Using the integrated SpellChecker, you can check your outgoing message for spelling errors prior to sending. This tool will only work on newer JavaScript-enabled browsers.

If errors are found, you will see this screen:

If no errors are found, you will see this screen:

The mispelled word will be shown in the Line with an error box surrounded by asterisks (*).

The word that the SpellChecker thinks is incorrect will appear in the Error box. The top suggested revision will appear in the Change to box. You may also type in your own replacement word.

For additional word choices, you can choose terms from the Suggestions box. If the error appears more than once, the number of appearances will be listed in the Occurs times box.

You can choose to Change the word to the suggestion listed, or if the error appears multiple times, you can choose to Change All.

You can choose to Ignore the flagged word, or if the error appears multiple times, you can choose to Ignore All.

If the word is spelled correctly but does not appear in the default dictionary, you can choose to add it to your Personal Dictionary with the Add to Dictionary link.

You can choose to Close and Commit, meaning that your changes will be applied to the outgoing message, or you can Close and Cancel to discard your changes.

If no errors are found in your message, you will see this screen.
